6.Slowly boil with a steam device taking care not to over boil.

METHOD OF PURIFICATION OF LARUS CAMPHOR

1. Take all ingredients in the quantities explained. Make fine powder. Then Grind it with cows milk so as to make a mass (ball) of the ingredients.Keep it in stainless steel container.
2. Close it with same size vessel, and seal the joint with cotton rinsed with mud obtained from Ant hills mixed add applied suitably at the joint of2 vessels, make sure it is leak proof
3. Then keep in a small flame of the size of a thumb and keep wet cotton cloth over the upper vessel and
4. Put some water as soon as it gets dried up.
5. Do the heating slowly for not less than 3 hrs.
6. Cool it on its own.
7. When totally cooled, observe white crystalline powder gets fixed in upper vessel.
8. Carefully remove it. It is then called Bheema Sena Karpooram. It is the most purified form of larus Camphor only this is used for ayurvedic formulae. Not that is readily available in market.

1. Detoxification of larus camphor (465)

The above powder immersed for 7 days in cows urine; and after that 7 days in lemon fruit juice for 7 days it gets detoxified. The powder should be thoroughly dried under sun (page 1140 Basavarajeeyam an ancient Ayurvedic Book).

2. Detoxification of conch shells and Cypraea Moneta (215) = Porcelaneous Shells (the other names for comchshells)

1. Clean with water thoroughly.
2. Make them into fine pieces
3. Collect cows urine; juice of pumpkin; lemon fruit juice; and fermented rice Cunjee
4. Put in a earthen vessel having 2 hoes at neck level.
5. Put ingredients mixed together in vessel of items in (3) above
6. Put a iron rod across the whole length / breadth of neck of vessel.
7. Put pieces in cotton bag tie & hang above the liquid by tying to iron rod & cook slowly.

1. Detoxification of Copper Sulphate (594) :
   Make into powder and grind with cows curd any fry over the pan for small time. Cool it. It gets detoxified.

METHOD OF DETOXIFICATION:
Make decoction with roots of ingredients 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 after making them into fine pieces and boil the Resin in this and decoction made out of item Nos 4, 5, 6. After cooling, dry under sun and store in glass bottle. It is a purified product.

Detoxification of aconitum ferox roots (417)
i) Make small pieces of this root and tie in bag of cotton cloth as a ball. ii) Take earthern pot. Take cows urine put that ball of root tied in bag of cotton cloth and keep under sun for 3 days. iii) Change cows urine AFRESH Daily iv) Then dry it under sun. It gets detoxified. It therefore becomes safe.

DETOXIFICATION OF ROCK SALT: (798)

1. Immerse in fermented rice CUNZEE for a day and dry
2. Or cook for sometime in cows urine. Dry under sun. Purified.

Detoxification of Realgar / red ORPIMENT: (586)
Make it into fine pieces. Pick up best quality one called KARVEERAM VARIETY and cook in the following juices.

i) Leaves of agati grandiflora seSbania (42)
ii) Ginger Juice (40)
iii) Juice made from Eclipta Prostata (221)

Cook for some time; in each juice seven times and dip it in freshly made juices of each variety seven times that is:
iv) Cook 7 times in each juice for some time.
v) Dip 7 times in each juice for a day change to fresh juice each day in all the above said juices.
Detoxification of white antimony (681) ; Sulphate of Black antimony (803)

1. Take fine pieces and dip in Lemon Fruit Juice and expose to sun for a day. Dry under sun
2. Dip in the juice made from leaves of Ecliptia Prostata (221) Juice for 24 hrs.
3. Dry under sun. Store in Glass jars.

Detoxification of ALUM: (635 page at Vastuguna PRAKASHIKA)
1. Make it into fine pieces. Fry until it gets liquefies, continue slow frying in the pan. Then it gets white solidified. It gets purified this way.

Detoxification of Iron POWDER:

1. It gets detoxified if the powder is boiled in cows urine for a long time.

Detoxification of Iron: 1164 Page Basavarajeeyam an Ancient Ayurvedic Book.

1. Take iron and subject it to Mechanical force of Filing to get finest powder of iron. Boil it for 3 hrs in Gingilly oil in a steel vessel.
2. Wash off with water so that no oil remains over the iron powder.
3. Take Seasamum Indicum Black Variety Bark juice and put that iron powder in it and take an iron vessel and boil it for 3 hrs.
