Diet restriction for those women who are using the following medicines.

Louts plant along with flowers and stalk is ground with cow’s milk made into small balls of the size of small areca nut and kept inside the vagina in nights, it contacts instantly even for an old lady.

Note:Book “KAMARATNAM”and Telugu Book “STRI PURUSHA RAHASYA KALAA VIDHANAMU”, they commented 10 days treatment is required to contract VAGINA but not instantly.

1) Lotus – Nelumbo Nucifera (335)
2) Nymphaea Stellata along with stem stalk, seeds to be collected (402)
3) Vetivaria Zizanoides

PREPARATION OF DECOCTION:Take all in equal parts grind them by adding water four times by weight boiled to reduce to one fourth cooled and strained.

PREPARATION OF PASTE::
Take: 4) Gingilly Oil - One part
5) Decoction - Four parts
6) Paste - One eight part

Transfer into a earthen pot boil to evaporate all the water content. Use this this as linement inside the VAGINA to contract.

PREPARATION:All equal parts as powders are to be mixed and ground with juice off Cleodendrum Phlomidis. Make tablets of suitable shape of 5 grams. One tablet to be kept inside vagina in due course of time vagina contracts

1) Seeds of Bitter variety Lagneria Leucantha.
2) Juice of Euphorbia Nerifolia or Euphorbia Tirucalli

PREPARATION:Grind powder of seeds with juice and apply that paste to Vagina to contract it.

1) Roots of Mango tree to be powdered well and powdered camphor mixed with honey - this paste if applied to widened Vagina of an old lady it contracts to the size of Virgin.
2) Another version is the Camphor powder mixed with honey and Mango Root rubbed on smooth stone with above mixture, the resultant paste if applied to widen Vagina it contracts to the size of virgin.

PREPARATION:Take all five materials in equal parts and make very fine powder mix with honey and apply inside Vagina it will contract.
